Salary: $147,050–$230,850 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for major areas of the hirify.global app.
• Research customer needs using feedback, behavioral analytics, market insights, and customer journey analysis.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities that improve engagement, satisfaction, retention, and business performance.
• Lead cross-functional product discovery, prioritization, development, launch, and optimization with engineering, UX, analytics, marketing, support, and business teams.
• Establish KPIs, use experimentation and analytics to validate outcomes, and align senior stakeholders on product investments.
• Mentor product managers and strengthen product management practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Typically 10+ years of experience in product management, digital products, software, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area or demonstrated competence.
• Experience leading customer-focused software or digital products at scale.
• Strong customer-centric, analytical, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across engineering, design, analytics, and business organizations in complex environments.
• Experience with agile software development, experimentation, product analytics, customer journey mapping, and growth frameworks.
