Principal Platform Product Manager (AI)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States — Bellevue Skyline Office / Home Office

Annual salary: $132,000–$264,000 in Bellevue; $143,000–$286,000 in Sunnyvale, California. Additional performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock may apply.

What you will do

• Develop product strategies and roadmaps for availability, reliability, and observability platform capabilities.
• Identify customer and operational needs and translate them into platform plans and priorities.
• Build relationships across product, engineering, architecture, operations, data, and AI functions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including MVP creation, rollout, adoption, and scaling.
• Use data, analytics, AI-enabled insights, and KPIs to measure performance and guide decisions.

Requirements

• 9 years of product management or related experience with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or 11 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in platform product management, product strategy, and roadmap development.
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional influence skills.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making, analytics, KPIs, cloud technologies, software development, and product engineering.
• Ability to manage complex product requirements and develop scalable, customer-centric solutions.
• Leadership experience in mentoring teams and promoting continuous learning.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience with back-end platforms, highly complex B2B/C products, quantitative analysis, Excel, SQL, or statistics.
• Supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
