Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; Home Office. The position is associated with Walmart's Bellevue office, with an additional salary location in San Bruno, California.
Annual salary: $156,000–$312,000 in Bellevue, Washington, or $169,000–$338,000 in San Bruno, California. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and stock.

What you will do
- Lead enterprise-wide product strategy by combining market trends, competitive dynamics, customer insights, and business objectives.
- Own multiple complex product lines, including strategic frameworks, Whole Product concepts, and go-to-market approaches.
- Define long-term product vision, roadmaps, MVP rollouts, lifecycle governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Use design thinking, journey mapping, and process optimization to identify and prioritize unmet customer needs.
- Guide data-driven decision-making and responsible adoption of emerging technologies, including AI.
- Influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around complex product initiatives and organizational priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related area plus 11 years of product management experience, or 13 years of product management or related experience.
- Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide digital product strategy and competitive positioning.
- Strong expertise in product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, strategic frameworks, and product lifecycle governance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, influence senior leadership, and align cross-functional teams.
- Experience applying market research, customer insights, and business strategy to prioritize needs at scale.
- Ability to support compliance, ethical standards, continuous improvement, and emerging technology adoption.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, business administration, or a related area.
- Experience as a product manager for consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B or B2C products.
- Supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
