Manager, Finance & Strategy (Marketplace)

Location: Hybrid, based at the Santa Ana, California headquarters or Jersey City, New Jersey office. hirify.global uses e-Verify to validate the ability to work legally in the United States.

Salary: $115,000–$170,000 per year, with possible bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

hirify.global provides technology-enabled grading, authentication, vaulting, and marketplace services for collectibles through brands including PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.

What you will do

• Partner with Marketplace business leaders to explain financial performance, improve operating decisions, and support long-range planning.
• Manage annual operating plans, quarterly planning cycles, expense budgets, forecasts, headcount planning, and business-unit allocations.
• Track performance against budget through monthly forecast updates, reporting, and live business reviews.
• Own Marketplace GMV, revenue, and OpEx inputs for consolidated forecasts and provide supporting analysis.
• Prepare analysis and narratives for quarterly board materials, board books, and executive reporting packages.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, investing, or finance operations.
• Experience partnering with business leaders on budgets and holding teams accountable to plans.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience building driver-based financial models.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial management processes.
• Clear written and verbal communication, structured problem solving, process ownership, and the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer goods, e-commerce, or digital marketplace businesses and knowledge of marketplace unit economics.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA.
• Experience creating or materially rebuilding planning processes.
• Experience directing an analyst’s work on shared deliverables.
• Interest in collectibles or sports.
