VP, Finance

Location: Universal City, California, United States; hybrid schedule requiring office attendance at least four days per week

Salary: $190,000–$250,000 yearly, plus bonus and long-term incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Own Free Cash Flow forecasting, close processes, analysis, and reporting across the Filmed Entertainment group.
• Lead Film segment Budget and Long-Range Plan processes for Free Cash Flow.
• Partner with Film business units, Studios leadership, HQ, and Corporate FP&A teams on financial strategy and reporting.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team while coaching direct reports.
• Oversee CAPEX planning and forecasting, including project-level accuracy and alignment.
• Lead weekly 13-week domestic liquidity forecasts and support executive presentations, operating reviews, and quarterly finance updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, ideally in media or entertainment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial planning, reporting, and Free Cash Flow drivers.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and experience with financial planning systems.
• Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Ability to lead stakeholders, communicate complex data clearly, present to senior leadership, and work extended hours or weekends when needed.
