Manager, FP&A (Robotics)

Location: Hybrid, based in a Fremont, California, Salem, Oregon, or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office. All roles are U.S.-based, and applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States.

Salary: $118,000–$185,000 USD annually, plus eligible bonuses and equity.

What you will do

• Build annual departmental and organizational budgets with business leaders.
• Develop financial reporting, operating metrics, variance analyses, cash forecasts, and quarterly re-forecasts.
• Lead headcount modeling and track the financial impact of workforce changes.
• Identify and monitor KPIs, assess financial risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Prepare business cases, financial return models, executive analyses, and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support digital finance transformation, internal controls, financial reporting, and year-end audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of related financial or business analysis experience.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience presenting to executives.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, including Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to diverse audiences and build stakeholder relationships.
• Current authorization to work in the United States and availability for a hybrid office-based role are required.
