TL;DR
Sr. Staff Product Designer (Product Design/AI): Designing and shipping complex digital products, particularly mobile applications, with an accent on hands-on craft, strategic influence, and advanced prototyping. Focus on leading autonomous design projects, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, mentoring designers, and using AI to improve product experiences.
Location: Remote from anywhere in Brazil; access to the São Paulo office and partner coworking spaces is available. The Work From Anywhere program permits remote work from anywhere in the world for up to 90 days per year.

What you will do
- Drive design excellence through hands-on product and interaction design work.
- Influence strategic decisions and product roadmaps across domains and disciplines.
- Use AI in the design workflow to improve productivity and develop new user experiences.
- Mentor designers and raise craft quality across the design chapter.
- Research user needs, market trends, competitive landscapes, and usage data.
- Lead complex projects, workshops, co-creation sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
Requirements
- Strong product and interaction design skills with experience building digital products, especially mobile applications.
- Strategic leadership maturity combined with a hands-on approach.
- Exceptional prototyping skills and experience across the full product development process, from problem framing to detailed UI and visual design.
- Experience designing and shipping industry-leading digital products, supported by a world-class portfolio.
- Experience with user psychology, research methodology, usage data, workshops, co-creation, and senior stakeholder presentations.
- Fluent English, verbal and written, is mandatory.
