Senior Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Own product areas end to end, from discovery and problem framing through delivery, analysis, and iteration.
• Design mobile and web workflows for inspections, field data capture, findings, follow-up work, and coordination across property teams.
• Create dashboards, reports, analytics, and data exploration experiences that turn operational data into actionable insights.
• Design agentic, conversational, voice-enabled, and other AI-assisted experiences that are understandable, trustworthy, and useful.
• Run lightweight research, synthesize customer insights, and advocate for evidence-backed product decisions.
• Champion the design system, contribute to craft standards, and raise quality through design critiques.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience shipping web-based SaaS or enterprise products at scale.
• End-to-end ownership of shipped product work, including AI-assisted experiences.
• Active use of AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar is required.
• Strong systems thinking across complex, interconnected product surfaces.
• High autonomy, clear communication, and comfort working with ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with field operations, inspections, analytics, reporting, workflow tooling, or similar complex domains.
• Experience designing across mobile and web surfaces.
• Familiarity with agentic experiences and prototyping with code.
• Multifamily or proptech experience.
