Staff Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote-first; candidates must be located in Canada or the United States

Base salary band: $1–$1 CAD, plus potential bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and benefits.

hirify.global develops an AI-powered marketing platform that connects brand and performance marketing with programmatic advertising and other marketing channels.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design strategy for Ivy’s AI experience, including generative UI and the future role of AI across the platform.
• Design trustworthy AI interactions that communicate reasoning, confidence, errors, and recovery.
• Lead complex, multi-team initiatives from problem framing through launch and translate data-rich technical systems into intuitive experiences.
• Define quality standards for AI responses and partner with Engineering on evaluation methods.
• Build frameworks, patterns, and processes that improve product consistency, usability, automation, and performance.
• Mentor designers and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Revenue, Client Services, and Leadership.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing complex products, preferably data-driven, enterprise, or workflow-rich products.
• Experience designing AI-powered products and understanding unpredictable failures and generated interfaces.
• Fluent use of AI tools, including coded prototypes connected to real models using tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Strong interaction design, prototyping, information architecture, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to connect design decisions with measurable business and user outcomes and collaborate across technical, commercial, and operational teams.
• Must be located in Canada or the United States.
