TL;DR
Product Designer (AI/AdTech): Designing and evolving scalable SaaS, HRM, internal systems, and enterprise interfaces with an accent on complex user flows, information architecture, design systems, and AI-assisted workflows. Focus on researching product problems, validating hypotheses, handling edge cases and system constraints, and supporting high-quality implementation across the full product cycle.
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, or Poland; hybrid in Prague/Warsaw or remote. Working hours begin between 09:00 and 11:00 CET.

What you will do
- Design and evolve SaaS, HRM, internal systems, and enterprise interfaces.
- Research product and business problems, form hypotheses, and validate them with analytics.
- Map user flows and information architecture for complex interfaces and different user roles.
- Create design concepts and production-ready UI mockups using the design system.
- Account for system states, edge cases, constraints, responsive behavior, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders and support implementation quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience and a portfolio of launched products.
- Experience designing SaaS, internal systems, admin panels, or other complex interfaces.
- Strong Figma skills, including Auto Layout, components, and Variables.
- Experience forming product hypotheses, working with analytics, and making autonomous design decisions.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and common web patterns.
- Hands-on daily use of AI tools and agents for research, design, or prototyping.
Nice to have
- Understanding of HTML/CSS, basic front-end development, or close collaboration with developers.
- Experience running Design QA and building design systems with Variables and atomic design principles.
- Experience with HRM, ATS, or other HR Tech products.
- Experience with AI coding agents and interactive prototype generation.
