What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of small business loan and deposit relationships.
• Develop new banking relationships with business prospects and referral sources.
• Evaluate credit information and loan requests, recommend loan structures, and manage risk.
• Service and retain existing clients while identifying opportunities for cash management, merchant services, trade services, and other products.
• Work with branch partners, underwriters, clients, accountants, attorneys, and other internal and external contacts.
• Manage complex loan relationships, sales targets, call targets, and a portfolio of approximately 30 to 65 clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• More than 5 years of experience.
• Strong credit skills with the ability to evaluate loan requests, financial statements, and tax returns.
• Knowledge of personal computers and department software.
• Understanding of cash management, merchant services, and trade services products.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, selling, and negotiation skills.
