Senior Relationship Manager - C&IB

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; in-office position

Base salary: $184,800–$343,200 per year, plus incentive-eligible compensation.

What you will do

• Set relationship strategies and manage a book of new and existing clients in Real Estate Banking.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to grow revenue and share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Assess and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Develop client insights, present hirify.global's full range of products, and convert sales opportunities.
• Analyze and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests while mentoring other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of industry experience.
• Experience with relationship management, credit processes, credit products, and financial analysis.
• Strong business acumen, communication, decision-making, prospecting, selling, and customer experience management skills.
• Must work in the Bellevue, Washington office; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
