Product Growth Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco; hybrid work

Salary: $170K–$220K plus equity

What you will do

• Own product positioning, narrative, and messaging across the website, launches, and sales conversations.
• Run product and feature launches from planning through execution, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
• Develop launch narratives, sales enablement assets, and field materials.
• Identify and test growth channels, activation, onboarding, conversion messaging, and funnel experiments.
• Interview users and customers, track competitors, and bring market insights into product and marketing decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, product management, consulting, or a related role.
• Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS, AI, or developer-focused company.
• Track record of launching products or features end to end, with strong writing and copywriting skills.
• Experience aligning Product, Engineering, and Sales or GTM teams around a single message.
• Ability to balance strategic positioning and narrative work with hands-on execution, channel testing, and experimentation.
