Growth Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Fully remote within the USA, Eastern time zone

Salary: $135,000 USD base salary annually, excluding annual bonus and equity when applicable.

What you will do

• Own Teamup's growth areas, including time to value, activation, referrals, upgrades, and AI onboarding.
• Talk with customers and review support conversations to identify product friction.
• Build prototypes, write production code with AI, open pull requests, and ship alongside engineering.
• Design product experiences with AI tools.
• Instrument the growth funnel and build reporting for activation, time to value, viewer-to-admin conversion, and free-to-paid conversion.
• Set the experiment cadence by deciding what to test, ship, or stop.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth or product at a self-serve software company.
• Experience building and shipping products independently, preferably at a small company or as an early hire.
• Ownership of onboarding, activation, an upgrade path, or an in-product sharing loop with measurable results.
• Ability to write production code with AI, use SQL, open pull requests, and instrument events.
• Experience designing with AI tools and staying close to customers.
• Self-starter who works independently with engineering and support and moves quickly.
