IAM PAM Engineer

What you will do

• Operate and maintain IAM, PAM, EPM, federation, and identity governance platforms.
• Manage privileged account onboarding, credential rotation, access reviews, and identity lifecycle activities.
• Administer users, groups, roles, applications, service principals, and identity integrations.
• Configure and support SSO, MFA, federation, Conditional Access, and application onboarding.
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot authentication and synchronization issues, and support major incidents.
• Coordinate upgrades, vulnerability remediation, audit evidence, documentation, and automation improvements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with enterprise PAM solutions and privileged account administration.
• Strong knowledge of identity management, directories, federation, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and application identity.
• Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID or comparable identity platforms.
• Experience with ITSM, access control, change management, audit, and governance processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across authentication, identity connectors, and certificate-related technologies.
• Availability for planned after-hours activities and major incidents.

Nice to have

• Experience with CyberArk, SailPoint, Entra ID, ADFS, or similar IAM technologies.
• Identity automation experience using PowerShell, Python, APIs, or workflow tools.
• Experience in regulated or managed services environments.
• Relevant Microsoft, CyberArk, SailPoint, security, cloud, or service-management certifications.
• Experience integrating IAM platforms with SIEM and enterprise observability platforms.
