Security Engineer (Cloud Security)

Location: Singapore; responsible for APJ hours coverage

What you will do

• Fine-tune detection and response mechanisms.
• Review customer environments proactively to identify risks, exposed attack surfaces, and security improvements.
• Lead investigations into supply chain, API, malware, and runtime attack scenarios.
• Own complex and critical incidents escalated from Tier 1 and Tier 2, including live customer engagements.
• Collaborate with Security Analysts, Research, and Backend teams to improve detection quality.
• Translate security findings into actionable recommendations and contribute to customer meetings.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in cloud security and current attack techniques.
• Experience with security investigations, incident response, attack surfaces, and malware or runtime threats.
• Ability to independently own APJ hours coverage and remain composed during high-pressure customer engagements.
• Ability to document investigations and develop detection and response playbooks.
• Ability to collaborate with analysts, researchers, and backend engineers.
