Binance Accelerator Program - Internal Audit (Technology)

Location: Hong Kong, Singapore, or Taiwan; remote-first work-from-home arrangement may vary depending on the role and team.

What you will do

• Support planning and execution of technology audits covering IT general controls, application controls, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Test logical access, identity management, change management, software development lifecycle, and IT operations controls.
• Review cloud configurations, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and platform security expectations.
• Develop scripts and tools for audit automation, continuous control monitoring, and data analysis.
• Extract, clean, and analyze logs, system data, and database records to identify anomalies, control gaps, and risks.
• Prepare audit workpapers, reports, and presentations while coordinating with audit, engineering, security, and compliance stakeholders.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Availability to commit to 5 days per week for 6 months.
• Foundational knowledge of operating systems, databases, networks, cloud computing, and the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, data analysis, logs, and large datasets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ethics, and integrity.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Exposure to COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or IT audit methodology.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, encryption, vulnerability management, logging, and monitoring.
• Interest or experience in blockchain, smart contracts, Web3 technology risks, IT audit, cybersecurity, or data analytics.
• Relevant certifications or progress toward CISA, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or cloud practitioner credentials.
