Senior Security Architect (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and own the identity and access management security architecture strategy for workforce, customer, and workload identities.
• Design secure solutions using identity providers, privileged access management, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and identity governance platforms.
• Architect consistent, defense-in-depth security controls across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Embed secure-by-design principles into application development, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct threat modeling, architecture reviews, and risk assessments for new and existing systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship while collaborating with engineering, GRC, SOC, and IT teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of information security experience, including at least 4 years in security architecture.
• Deep expertise in IAM technologies such as Okta, Entra ID, Ping Identity, CyberArk, SailPoint, or BeyondTrust.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, Kerberos, and LDAP.
• Experience architecting security controls across public cloud environments and on-premises data centers.
• Professional experience in financial services and knowledge of its regulatory and threat landscape, including SEC, FCA, MAS, or DORA requirements.
• Knowledge of network security, cryptography, endpoint security, zero trust, secrets management, Terraform or CloudFormation, and Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISSP-ISSAP, SABSA, CCSP, or cloud security certifications.
• Experience with workload identity, service mesh security, and Kubernetes security.
• Familiarity with quantitative trading, low-latency, or high-performance computing environments.
• Contributions to open-source security projects or security research communities.
