TL;DR
Principal Information Security Partner (Cybersecurity): Leading security governance, incident management, risk management, and technical security consulting for Singapore public sector software delivery engagements with an accent on application security, cloud infrastructure security, and regulatory compliance. Focus on advising executive stakeholders, embedding security practices across the SDLC, managing client security requirements, and enabling Security Champions within delivery teams.
Location: Singapore, Singapore; onsite work at the or client office may be required five days per week. The role requires Singapore citizenship or permanent residency and eligibility to obtain and maintain Singapore government security clearance.

What you will do
- Establish and operate security governance frameworks for Singapore public sector accounts, including metrics, risk tracking, and reporting.
- Lead security incident response across containment, eradication, recovery, communications, and post-incident analysis.
- Identify and manage information security risks and develop practical mitigation strategies.
- Build trusted relationships with public sector security teams and agencies while supporting account leadership.
- Provide technical security consulting to delivery teams, embedding secure architecture, engineering practices, and compliance throughout the SDLC.
- Enable Security Champions and contribute to APAC security governance reporting and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Singapore citizenship or permanent residency is required.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain Singapore government security clearance is required.
- Lead or Principal-level technology experience with executive communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong information security or cybersecurity experience covering risk management, security governance, and technical implementation.
- Understanding of software development, architecture, cloud technologies, application security, or cloud infrastructure security.
- Ability to communicate complex security topics, influence stakeholders, and lead groups across Singapore and APAC.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Singapore public sector organizations and their security regulations and operational requirements.
- Industry security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GSEC.
- Understanding of ' culture and software delivery practices.
