What you will do

• Execute and improve EHS processes, including incident management, compliance management, job safety analysis, risk management, inspections, audits, and sustainability reporting.
• Share expertise in technical areas such as laser safety, electrical safety, radiation, hazardous materials, ergonomics, waste, energy, CO2 emissions, and life cycle assessments.
• Act as a competence lead for one or more EHS areas within the assigned sector.
• Analyze EHS trends, manage sector MOP data, and design reporting dashboards in myEHS.
• Define improvement actions and support EHS culture initiatives within the factory or location.
• Prepare and publish EHS communication materials while collaborating with managers, team leads, and cross-functional experts.

Requirements

• Master's degree with professional or conceptual knowledge and solid working experience.
• Experience working at a tactical level in a dynamic business environment.
• Proven stakeholder-management experience at team-lead level.
• Strong knowledge of hirify.global policies, procedures, goals, and strategies.
• Effective communication, collaboration, constructive feedback, customer focus, and ability to manage complexity.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under United States Export Administration Regulations before beginning work.
