Staff Product Operations Manager (Healthtech)

Location: San Bruno, California, United States. Applicants must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.

Base salary: $119,000–$179,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Translate product strategy and vision into actionable plans with Product Management.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and resolve dependencies across product, marketing, software, and data teams.
• Identify process gaps and operational roadblocks, then facilitate sessions to implement solutions.
• Drive leadership syncs, launch readiness reviews, stakeholder communications, and Confluence hubs.
• Build and optimize scalable operational systems, workflows, shared roadmaps, and governance frameworks across PRE products.
• Maintain timelines, monitor risks, and support on-time product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, a technical field, or healthcare, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of program management or product operations experience in a fast-paced healthtech or digital health organization.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including multi-team project structures, dependency tracking, and status dashboards.
• Practical daily experience using AI productivity tools such as Google Gemini, Cursor, Claude, or project management AI extensions.
• Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with executives and execution teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience managing ambiguous, fast-moving, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Experience with regulated digital health environments, licensed clinical networks, health coaches, or HIPAA-compliant workflows.
• PMP or Prosci Change Management certification.
