Investment Operations Analyst - Hybrid (Investment Management)

Location: Bloomfield, Connecticut, United States; hybrid in-office/work-from-home arrangement

Salary: $59,600–$99,400 annual salary, with eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Support middle- and back-office operations across investment asset classes and portfolios.
• Process trade settlements, cash and position reconciliations, wires, asset valuations, and operational reporting.
• Develop knowledge of investment infrastructure, data flows, operational processes, and business requirements.
• Work with IT, Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Treasury, and external service providers to resolve issues.
• Support operational projects, process improvements, efficiency initiatives, and control implementation.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to support investment operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related discipline.
• Early-career experience with investment-related activities; internship experience is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of investment management and interest in investment operations.
• Strong teamwork, organization, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and proactive problem-solving skills.
