Multi-Site Maintenance Technician

Location: Santa Ana, California, USA; travel between multiple properties is required

Salary: $27–$30 per hour

What you will do

• Complete work orders within designated time frames.
• Turn over apartments within five days after move-out.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems.
• Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior surfaces.
• Repair locks, doors, windows, locking mechanisms, and related controllers.
• Maintain fire safety, alarm, and building-system documentation while keeping the work environment clean and safe.

Requirements

• At least one year of previous experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Ability to travel to and from multiple properties as needed.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes, tools, appliances, and devices.
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as HVAC or CMRP.
