Mobile Maintenance Technician

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, including pumps, chillers, boilers, compressors, and air handling units.
• Repair and replace building components, fixtures, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Apply HVAC distribution and controls knowledge to resolve work orders and corrective maintenance needs.
• Participate in water treatment programs and maintain central plant, chemical consumption, equipment, and inspection logs.
• Support fire alarm and life safety systems while providing concierge-style service to internal and external partners.
• Work safely across indoor, outdoor, roof, crawl-space, ladder, and confined-space environments.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in commercial building operations, property management, or a related industry preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic systems, plus correct use of power tools and safety equipment.
• Ability to read equipment instructions, perform basic mathematical calculations, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.
• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification required within 90 days of employment; applicable city or government licenses and permits may also be required.
