AI Transformation Lead Manager

Location: Hybrid position based out of the San Francisco or Seattle hub, United States

Compensation: SF OTE $281,000–$330,600; other US locations OTE $252,900–$297,500. Equity and commission are offered.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of AI Transformation Leads through goal-setting, feedback, performance management, and career support.
• Set the standards for driving ROI, value realization, and measurable P&L impact across strategic Fortune 100 accounts.
• Build executive relationships and act as the senior escalation point for complex or at-risk engagements.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence the product roadmap and scale transformation best practices.
• Improve customer health and identify expansion opportunities in collaboration with sales.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic account management, transformation consulting, or customer success leadership for Fortune 50–100 companies.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience leading high-performing teams.
• Mastery of change management and strategic thinking, including setting vision, defining frameworks, and translating capabilities into measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, including presenting to boards and orchestrating cross-functional teams.
