Professional Learning Facilitator (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates in North Carolina and South Carolina are prioritized, with strong consideration for Texas, Florida, New York, and New Jersey

Salary: $30–$70 per hour

Part-time contract role with flexible hours based on demand and seasonal periods of higher and lower volume.

What you will do

• Deliver introductory and foundational virtual and in-person professional learning sessions for educators.
• Present hirify.global platform overviews, core workflows, best practices, and instructional applications.
• Facilitate pre-designed sessions with fidelity and make light customization using approved content and guides.
• Represent hirify.global as a trusted thought partner while building confidence in virtual professional development environments.
• Support instructional material updates, feedback collection, and post-session reflection processes.
• Participate in contractor meetings, calibration sessions, reminders, and other required logistics.

Requirements

• Current or former classroom educator, or equivalent education experience, with at least 3 years of classroom experience.
• hirify.global platform fluency and completion of required certifications.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating adult learners in virtual or in-person settings.
• Exceptional facilitation presence, instructional judgment, clear professional communication, and strong reliability.
• Daytime availability in the applicable time zone and availability for at least 10 hours per week.
• Availability during peak periods, especially summer and busy points in the school year.
