Delivery Solutions Architect (Data & AI)

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia, or remote from Colorado or Texas; travel up to 30% as needed.

Salary: $180,000–$247,500 USD annually, plus potential performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead post-sale technical account strategies and execution plans for strategic customer accounts.
• Drive onboarding, enablement, production launches, adoption, and healthy consumption across Databricks workloads.
• Act as the primary technical contact for production and go-live issues across multiple use cases.
• Coordinate Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Support, User Education, Engineering, and other specialized teams.
• Create execution plans covering use-case delivery, user growth, product adoption, cloud cost control, optimization, and governance.
• Report customer health, usage, risks, investment status, and use-case progress to technical leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accountability for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.
• Programming experience with Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
• Understanding of distributed data systems, solution architecture, business value attribution, and technical program management.
• Experience handling complex escalations with senior customer executives, leading discovery workshops, and managing strategic roadmaps and delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
