Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $145K–$290K plus equity

What you will do

• Partner with Sales on customer discovery calls and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead technical demos and scope architectures, deployment approaches, and success criteria.
• Own benchmarking and repeatable deployments across LLMs, embeddings, image and video generation, and Voice AI.
• Evaluate GPU and inference tradeoffs, including H100 versus B200 selection and latency versus throughput optimization.
• Run customer proofs of concept, coordinate timelines and deliverables, and involve Forward Deployed Engineering when deeper technical work is required.
• Use and evaluate inference runtimes such as vLLM, SGLang, and TRT-LLM.

Requirements

• Background in AI/ML and the ability to discuss technical topics credibly with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills, including structured discovery and clarification of ambiguous requirements.
• Technical depth to scope solutions without writing production code.
• Ability to script and prototype as needed, including comfort with rapid technical experimentation.

Nice to have

• Experience running or supporting benchmarks for ML inference deployments.
• Familiarity with GPU selection and latency-versus-throughput tuning for inference performance and cost.
• Experience leading customer proofs of concept across Sales and Engineering.
