VP, Campus Construction Manager (Data Center Infrastructure)

Location: Full-time, on-site presence at the Helios campus in Afton, Texas. The company is headquartered in New York City.

What you will do

• Lead the on-site campus construction team, including project management, QA/QC, commissioning, MEP, CSA, and field construction leaders.
• Own integrated construction delivery across all active and future campus phases, resolving conflicts involving resources, logistics, utilities, access, and sequencing.
• Manage the campus master schedule, critical-path risks, recovery plans, cost forecasts, change orders, pay applications, and budget tracking.
• Set and enforce safety and quality standards while managing relationships with general contractors, trade partners, inspectors, utilities, and consultants.
• Coordinate owner-furnished equipment integration, including UPS systems, generators, chillers, and switchgear, through installation and commissioning.
• Lead testing, commissioning, closeout, turnover to operations, lean delivery, prefabrication, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years delivering large-scale mission-critical projects, including at least 5 years in senior leadership managing multiple project leaders or concurrent projects.
• Experience leading multi-phase or campus-scale developments and overseeing contractors under construction delivery models including GMP.
• Technical fluency across MEP, commissioning, civil, and structural systems, including OFCI equipment integration.
• Strong command of cost control, change management, schedule analysis, risk management, and contractor oversight.
• Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and SharePoint.
