Senior Superintendent (AI Data Centers)

Location: Dallas, TX; onsite work on active data center construction projects

Salary: $180,000–$240,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits based on eligibility.

What you will do

• Direct and coordinate subcontractors and field personnel across multiple work areas or a full building system.
• Review progress, cost reports, and schedules; escalate risks to the Senior Superintendent and Project Manager.
• Contribute to schedule sequencing and constructability decisions during preconstruction.
• Verify subcontractor work and materials against contract documents and quality specifications.
• Lead weekly progress meetings and support project closeout, demobilization, and scope transitions.
• Coordinate Level 4–5 commissioning activities and begin mentoring junior field staff and self-development-track superintendents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent field experience.
• At least 4 years of construction field experience, including 2 or more years in an assistant superintendent or superintendent-track role.
• Direct experience with mission-critical or data center construction projects.
• Working knowledge of MEP systems, Level 3–5 commissioning sequences, and data center quality standards.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent work areas or trade packages.
• Proficiency with PC, business communication, scheduling, and project management tools.

Nice to have

• Direct experience coordinating Level 4–5 commissioning activities.
• Experience mentoring or training junior field staff.
