Project Manager (Construction)

Location: Pompano Beach, Florida, United States; on-site. The role requires reporting to various assigned work locations and may involve local or national travel.

What you will do

• Manage construction contracts and work orders across building, infrastructure, and healthcare projects.
• Lead project teams, supervise assigned personnel, and monitor Superintendent performance.
• Coordinate with owners, Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, cost reports, cash flow information, and project documentation.
• Negotiate change orders, financial disputes, and scope or cost changes with owners and subcontractors.
• Develop project quality assurance, quality control, and safety plans while managing MBE/WBE and EEO requirements.

Requirements

• B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering, and/or 10 years of construction experience.
• At least 6 years of experience managing construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing Job Order Contract projects.
