Project Manager (Data Center Cooling)

Location: Austin, TX, United States; remote with on-site work and 25% travel across the specified US region

What you will do

• Oversee project delivery from pre-construction planning through turnover, maintaining schedule, budget, safety, and quality performance.
• Coordinate engineering, commissioning, service, manufacturing, clients, senior management, and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare project plans and budgets, control costs, and remain accountable for project financial performance.
• Enforce company processes, startup requirements, commissioning readiness, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Conduct inspections and audits while resolving issues related to field conditions, design intent, and technical systems.
• Support regional deployment efforts with approximately 25% travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or another technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of project leadership experience, including 7+ years delivering mission-critical infrastructure or data center projects.
• Experience managing complex projects in mission-critical environments.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, hydronic systems, electrical distribution, and controls integration.
• Experience overseeing commissioning, Level 3–5 testing, and integrated system delivery.
• Strong organizational, communication, reporting, leadership, and client-management skills; willingness to travel as needed.
