Location: Lincoln, Nebraska, United States. Hybrid work is available for associates living within 30 miles of an office location, with in-office presence required three days per week. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
Annual compensation: $85,000–$110,000, depending on experience.

What you will do
- Manage projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and closeout.
- Develop project plans covering scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resources, and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and align roles, priorities, expectations, and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor progress, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and changes, escalating matters that require leadership action.
- Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, track commitments, and maintain project reporting.
- Support CRM implementation and develop the go-forward strategy after launch.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3–5 years of project management experience coordinating cross-functional projects or initiatives.
- Experience managing project scope, schedules, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Experience communicating project status and facilitating decisions with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Strong project or program leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, strategic planning, and time management skills.
- Must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Project management certification such as PMP or CAPM.
- Experience with project management tools and established project management methods.
- Experience coordinating budgets, resources, vendors, or change activities.
