Technical Project Manager, Business Applications (Microsoft Dynamics)

Location: Remote within the United States

Base salary: $110,000–$120,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end projects across business applications, integrations, reporting, automation, operations, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, issue logs, dependencies, and status reports.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, application owners, technical teams, consultants, vendors, and leadership.
• Manage requirements, system configuration, data flows, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Support Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sales, PSA, Intacct ERP, help desk, finance, reporting, and automation initiatives.
• Improve workflows, documentation, governance, process standardization, adoption, data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, information systems, project management, computer science, or a related field; equivalent experience is considered.
• 5+ years of project management experience in technology, business applications, systems implementation, operations, consulting, professional services, or business transformation.
• Experience managing ERP, CRM, PSA, reporting, automation, integration, or Microsoft Dynamics-related projects.
• Hands-on familiarity with application configuration, workflows, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, release management, APIs, reporting, and security considerations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects, facilitate requirements discussions, coordinate UAT, manage defects, and translate business needs into technical execution plans.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Sales, PSA, Project Operations, Field Service, Customer Service, or related modules.
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct, Power Platform, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure integrations, APIs, middleware, data warehouses, and business application ecosystems.
• PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification.
• Experience with operational transformation, process improvement, data governance, security, user adoption, and organizational change.
