Recruiting Operations Specialist

Location: Remote from Argentina; based in Buenos Aires

What you will do

• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics across departments, teams, and time zones, including executive interviews and case presentations.
• Manage reference checks, candidate communications, recruiting administration, job postings, approvals, offer documentation, and handoffs to People Operations.
• Administer Greenhouse ATS and related recruiting tools, including interview plans, scorecards, templates, permissions, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data, recurring pipeline and CRM reports, and dashboards while identifying bottlenecks and missing feedback.
• Improve workflows and handoffs using automation and AI, document processes, and support adoption through training materials.
• Handle sensitive candidate and employee information with discretion and in accordance with data-protection requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations or coordination, including ownership of workflows and process improvements.
• Experience supporting multiple recruiters and managing complex interview schedules across teams and time zones.
• Hands-on ATS experience with workflow configuration, data management, and reporting; Greenhouse experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills, organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and independent problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Comfort with administrative work, automation and AI, process documentation, and confidential information.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gem, recruiting CRM workflows, LinkedIn Recruiter, Canditech, or scheduling platforms.
• Experience building dashboards or recurring reports in Google Sheets or business-intelligence tools.
• Experience with no-code automation, system integrations, or AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience in a startup or scaleup with a lean, global Talent Acquisition team.
