Joom Group is an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies with teams across Portugal, Brazil, Latvia, China and Germany. The company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to own searches across both tech and non-tech roles, from engineering and ML to product, marketing and sales.

What you’ll do:

— Own full-cycle hiring for tech and non-tech roles
— Proactively source and engage passive candidates and build talent pipelines
— Run hiring experiments across sourcing, outreach, assessment and AI-driven workflows
— Partner with hiring managers on role profiles, hiring standards and market insights
— Negotiate and close offers with highly competitive candidates
— Help redesign and improve existing hiring processes

What they’re looking for:

— 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across tech and non-tech roles
— Strong direct sourcing skills with a track record of hires from your own outreach
— Hands-on use of AI tools in recruiting, with concrete examples of improving speed or quality
— Experience experimenting with and changing existing hiring processes
— Solid understanding of the tech stack
— Experience working with demanding stakeholders, including first-time hiring managers
— Fluent English
