Salesforce Business Analyst II (Salesforce)

Location: hirify.global Vancouver Campus, Vancouver, BC, Canada; onsite role

Salary: $7,158.42–$10,292.25 CAD monthly

What you will do

• Assess client needs and lead structured requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and change management.
• Support and evolve the enterprise Salesforce CRM platform and related technical ecosystems.
• Analyze data, design processes, and resolve data quality issues.
• Manage Salesforce releases and coordinate application and interface changes with business and technical teams.
• Participate in software implementation analysis, functional testing, verification, validation, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, functional experts, stakeholders, vendors, and partner institutions.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and at least three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience producing business requirements documents, use cases, user scenarios, user stories, and business process models.
• Knowledge of the IT project lifecycle, including project management, business analysis, development, quality assurance, and change management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, prioritization, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and provide guidance to less-experienced staff.

Nice to have

• In-depth Salesforce knowledge or Salesforce administration experience.
• Professional development or certification in business analysis or a related discipline.
• Experience with traceability, requirements, and issue-tracking systems.
• Experience working on enterprise-wide projects and application support best practices.
