Enterprise Strategy Analyst

Location: Remote work policies are available; compensation information applies to candidates performing work within Ontario, Canada.

Total compensation: CAD 90,000–120,000 annually for work performed in Ontario.

What you will do

• Support enterprise and business strategy initiatives through research, analysis, insight development, and strategic planning.
• Break down complex business problems and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Build models, synthesize data, and prepare materials for executive-level decision-making.
• Develop business cases, plans, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support execution of strategic initiatives.
• Track initiative progress and performance against milestones and targets.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate data into clear insights.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Fluent English as a working language is required.

Nice to have

• 1–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, finance, or a related field.
• Experience with strategy, operations, or transformation projects.
• Early-career experience involving data analysis and business problem-solving.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or other technology-driven environments.
