Manager, Client Onboarding & Operations (Digital Health)

Salary: $145,000–$160,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own end-to-end onboarding and deployment of Twin programs across enterprise clients, including employers, health plans, and health systems.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and executives, lead discovery sessions, and provide consultative recommendations.
• Manage complex projects, project plans, client meetings, risks, escalations, and launch readiness.
• Configure, test, and launch client instances while coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage data access, eligibility files, file transfer, validation, and issue resolution with technical stakeholders.
• Develop onboarding templates, playbooks, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in onboarding, program management, and client-facing roles.
• 5–10 years of digital health client onboarding and project management experience at manager level or above.
• Experience with health benefits, health and wellness, health plans, or health systems.
• Strong project management, organization, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Google applications and project management tools such as InspirePlanner, Monday.com, and MS Project; experience with data exchange, file specifications, encryption, transmission, and testing.
