Financial Analyst – Salomon B2B Softgoods

Location: Ogden, Utah, United States; hybrid work schedule with occasional travel to hirify.global headquarters and other locations

hirify.global is a mountain sports brand within Amer Sports, producing footwear, apparel, equipment, and other outdoor products.

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial reports and models for the B2B Softgoods business covering footwear, apparel, bags, and socks.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, business planning, performance monitoring, and operating capital optimization.
• Prepare and analyze sales, gross margin, pricing, costs, operating expenses, inventory, and balance sheet results.
• Support month-end close, journal entry review, OPEX control, gross margin analysis, and reporting in SAP.
• Develop management reports, ad-hoc analyses, key account reporting, inventory turnover analysis, and replenishment reviews.
• Act as a finance liaison for E-commerce Merchandising and Marketing teams and support financial reviews with commercial leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or financial modeling.
• Strong Excel skills and understanding of financial metrics and business cases.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with financial modeling, planning, and performance analysis.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Ogden, Utah, with occasional travel.

Nice to have

• SAP FICO and business intelligence systems experience.
• Basic accounting skills.
• Experience with Claude AI.
