What you will do

• Prepare, analyze, and distribute recurring financial reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting packages.
• Analyze financial and operational results, identifying trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for leadership.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close reporting through variance analysis and management commentary.
• Maintain financial accounting and reporting systems, financial models, and data accuracy.
• Partner with Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations, IT, and other functions on forecasts, assumptions, and business performance.
• Improve reporting, month-end close, and analytical processes through automation and other enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, or a related analytical finance role.
• Strong knowledge of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow analysis, and financial performance interpretation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP, Hyperion/Essbase, or similar accounting and reporting systems.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree, MBA, CPA, CMA, or another relevant professional certification.
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, or infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise planning, executive reporting, management reporting, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
