Senior Director, Global Infrastructure Technology & Operations

Estimated pay range: $222,000.00–$288,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year enterprise infrastructure strategy spanning cloud, networking, data centers, hardware, end-user computing, security, data, and AI.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary infrastructure organization and establish architecture standards, governance, operating models, and service-management practices.
• Own multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Azure, and Microsoft 365, including Infrastructure as Code, automation, CI/CD, FinOps, workload migration, and modernization.
• Lead enterprise networking, hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity, network segmentation, Zero Trust infrastructure, and high-availability services for clinical, manufacturing, and corporate environments.
• Oversee security infrastructure, identity services, vulnerability remediation, patching, incident response support, compliance controls, and audit readiness.
• Own resilience, disaster recovery, observability, infrastructure budgets, vendor relationships, and large-scale transformation programs.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive enterprise infrastructure experience, including 7+ years leading multidisciplinary infrastructure teams at director level or above.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep architectural and hands-on expertise in at least one major cloud platform, preferably AWS or GCP, with multi-cloud and hybrid-environment experience.
• Strong enterprise networking and infrastructure security experience, including collaboration with security organizations.
• Experience operating infrastructure in a regulated industry and knowledge of FDA regulations, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF.
• Experience leading cloud migrations, data center consolidation, network modernization, budgets, strategic vendors, and executive-level technology communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical devices, digital health, connected devices, or 24/7 clinical services.
• Manufacturing or OT network experience, including IEC 62443 or similar practices.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, ML/GPU workloads, enterprise AI tools, and global data residency requirements.
• AWS or GCP Professional Architect, CCIE/CCNP, MBA, or another advanced degree.
