Staff UX Designer (AI)

Location: Remote - USA

Base salary: $188,500–$245,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead large-scale UX initiatives across the healthcare product suite and introduce consumer-level experiences into enterprise healthcare.
• Explore undefined problem areas and solve complex user and business challenges through strategic design.
• Own rapid prototyping and fast learning cycles to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
• Elevate design quality through advanced interaction and visual design expertise.
• Collaborate with senior engineering, product, leadership, and data science teams to integrate ML features into user workflows.
• Contribute to the Design System by introducing next-generation patterns and retiring outdated ones.

Requirements

• 7+ years of in-house design experience.
• Experience working autonomously with senior technical teams and integrating complex features such as ML.
• Portfolio demonstrating advanced interaction and visual design expertise and high-quality user experiences.
• Strategic thinking and experience leading early-stage exploration projects with high-value potential.
• Experience reconciling conflicting stakeholder feedback into cohesive design solutions.
• Experience contributing to and maintaining scalable design systems, plus a track record of mentoring and elevating other designers.
