UX UI Designer - GB (Data Analytics)

Location: Remote - UK; occasional travel to other hirify.global sites in the UK may be required.

What you will do

• Lead UX and UI design across strategic platform initiatives.
• Translate complex operational, compliance, supply chain, and analytics data into intuitive dashboards, workflows, and visual analytics experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using appropriate methods and tools.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, engineers, and stakeholders to shape solutions.
• Establish reusable design standards and systems while driving usability testing and iterative improvement.
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and responsive design while balancing user value, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related discipline.
• Experience designing enterprise, analytics, or data-intensive software.
• Strong experience with Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong information design, visual communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and independent working skills.
