Scrum Master (AWS)

What you will do

• Support a multi-year data transformation program migrating an on-premises data warehouse environment to AWS.
• Serve as a Lead Scrum Master for Agile Working Groups across Customer, Finance, Human Resources, and Enterprise Asset Management.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives, demonstrations, and Planning Poker.
• Remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and protect teams from unnecessary interruptions.
• Track team and project health through velocity, burn-down charts, commitment reports, and end-of-sprint reports.
• Mentor team members, maintain Agile artifacts and backlogs, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 5 years of experience with project management concepts and practices.
• At least 3 years of Scrum Master experience and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
• Experience supporting multiple or large-scale Agile teams and managing Scrum ceremonies, backlogs, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Experience developing and tracking Agile metrics, identifying impediments, and managing risks and dependencies.
• Strong planning, facilitation, organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with data transformation, data warehouses, cloud or AWS data migration initiatives.
• Experience using Jira data and metrics for Agile planning and team performance.
• Experience transitioning teams or organizations from Waterfall to Agile methodologies.
• Experience supporting Agile teams across multiple business or functional areas.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels.
