TL;DR
Lead Scrum Master (Technical) (Agile/Scrum): Leading Agile delivery across multiple project pods with an accent on Scrum facilitation, backlog management, delivery metrics, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on coaching teams, removing impediments, managing dependencies and risks, and driving continuous process improvements across pod deliverables.
Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States (Hybrid); face-to-face interview required
Salary: $55–$60 per hour

What you will do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Coordinate Agile delivery and project planning across multiple pods and track deliverables.
- Coach teams on Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and Lean practices while supporting self-organization and high performance.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
- Track velocity, burn-down charts, delivery metrics, project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Remove impediments, support release planning, manage capacity, and drive process improvements and Agile governance.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience for the role, including at least 5 years in Agile project delivery and Scrum facilitation.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or similar Agile delivery tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and align cross-functional teams.
- Must work in a hybrid setup in Fort Worth, Texas, and attend a face-to-face interview.
