Senior IT Project Manager (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of an enterprise Salesforce Licensing, Permitting, and Inspection platform.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, governance artifacts, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, KPIs, and deliverables.
• Coordinate DOL leadership, agency teams, EOTSS, external vendors, and partner agencies.
• Facilitate governance, architecture, compliance, and status meetings while serving as the primary communication point.
• Coordinate acceptance testing, release management, deployment planning, production cutover, training, and business readiness.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of IT Project Management experience and experience managing enterprise software implementations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, external delivery partners, multiple vendors, and highly matrixed organizations.
• Strong skills in project planning, risk management, budget management, vendor management, release management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Planner.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or PRINCE2 certification.
• Salesforce implementation experience.
• Public sector or Commonwealth of Massachusetts project experience.
• ITIL, organizational change management, contract and vendor management, or Power BI experience.
