What you will do

• Serve as a servant leader for 1–2 cross-functional Agile teams supporting an SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, user story sizing, and continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate Agile delivery with PMO governance and waterfall workstreams, including data migration, testing, and cutover.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, blockers, risks, and collaboration across SAP streams and legacy systems.
• Participate in PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and other scaled Agile ceremonies.
• Track delivery metrics, sprint burn-downs, velocity, and release readiness using Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of professional Scrum Master experience in enterprise-scale Agile environments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or major enterprise ERP transformations.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid delivery models, PMO governance, and SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe and complex multi-team dependencies.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project, with strong facilitation, coaching, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience in utility, energy, or highly regulated enterprise environments.
