TL;DR
Project Manager (IT) (HCM/SCM/Finance): Leading enterprise technology projects from initiation through implementation with an accent on Agile delivery, SDLC governance, stakeholder coordination, and budget and risk management. Focus on delivering complex HCM, Supply Chain, and Finance initiatives onsite, coordinating vendors and technical teams, and maintaining schedule, compliance, and project quality.
Location: Onsite in Portland, Oregon, United States
Salary: $68.00–$73.00 per hour

What you will do
- Lead technology projects from initiation through implementation across HCM, Supply Chain Management, and Finance.
- Define project vision, objectives, scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, user-story definition, acceptance criteria, estimation, and test-strategy discussions.
- Lead Scrum- and Kanban-oriented delivery through the software development lifecycle.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, technical stakeholders, business stakeholders, Project Sponsors, and Product Owners.
- Track project performance, manage risks and costs, evaluate technology requests, and ensure regulatory and company compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience; approximately six years of related experience may substitute.
- 6+ years of IT or related business experience and 2+ years in a senior technical or leadership capacity.
- Experience with Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing.
- Experience managing HCM, SCM, and Finance projects, including scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and issues.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera, Enterprise Project Server, or comparable tools.
- Ability to work onsite in Portland, Oregon. Strong communication, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills are required.

- Master’s degree.
- NAESB experience.
- Regulatory and compliance project experience.
