Systems Administrator I (Azure)

What you will do

• Maintain, configure, and operate Windows servers and computer systems.
• Monitor server performance and perform regular server upgrades.
• Design and implement end-to-end Azure continuous delivery pipelines.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues, documenting resolutions and assessing business impact.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, backups, data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
• Collaborate daily with QA, software development, IT, technical coordinators, and technical support teams.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of professional Systems Administrator experience.
• Working knowledge of virtualization and VMware or equivalent technology.
• Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages.
• Experience with both on-premises and cloud-based release processes, including automation APIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide effective service to internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of DevOps and software development lifecycles.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL.
• Microsoft Windows System Administration or other IT certifications.
